What this policy covers
When you book a call
The form asks for your name, your email address, and your store URL, and gives you an optional notes field. Your timezone comes through automatically. This is used to schedule the call, review your store beforehand, and discuss your project. The legal basis is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you send an email
Whatever you put in the email. It is used to reply and to discuss possible work. Same legal basis.
During the call
Google Meet runs the call. Wayrise keeps its own notes about your project. If a call is ever recorded, you will be asked first and you can decline.
If a project follows
Your business and contact details, in order to run the project and invoice you. The legal basis is the contract between you and Wayrise, and for the invoicing and accounting records it is a legal obligation under Bulgarian law.
Site analytics
This site uses Framer's built-in analytics, which sets no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers. It reports aggregate numbers such as page views and rough country, and cannot be used to identify you. The legal basis is Wayrise's legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works, and that interest goes no further than counting visits, which is why the tool is cookieless.
Technical data
As with any site, the host receives your IP address and browser information in order to serve you the page. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.

Google provides Meet for calls, Calendar for scheduling, and email.
Adobe Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Because the fonts load from Adobe's servers, your browser sends your IP address to Adobe when the page loads. Adobe states it does not store the IP address for this. Adobe's licensing does not permit these fonts to be self-hosted, which is why the request happens at all.
Each has its own privacy policy. Data is also shared with an accountant, and with the authorities where the law requires it.
Data leaving the EU
Framer, Cal.com, Google, and Adobe are US companies, so some of this data is processed in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards each provider has in place, which for US providers is generally the EU to US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask and the current details for any of them will be provided.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and bookings that do not become projects: 12 months, then deleted.
Client project records and design files: for the life of the project and 5 years after, in order to support the work and answer any claim.
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, counted from 1 January of the year following the year they relate to, because Bulgarian accounting law requires it.
Analytics: aggregate only, held by Framer according to the plan in use, never tied to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what is done with it, or receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and that does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Email tan@wayrise.studio and you will get an answer within one month. No charge.
If you think your data has been handled badly, say so first and it will be put right where possible. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The relevant one here is the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria (cpdp.bg). You can also complain to the authority where you live.
Do you have to give this data
No. The booking form needs your name, email, and store URL, because without them the call cannot be scheduled or prepared for. Everything else is optional. Not booking a call costs you nothing except the call.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children and no data about them is knowingly collected.
